6 Weeks Post Op!

You can hardly even see it, its beautiful!

All of the stitches are completely dissolved, the wound is flesh tone all around except for actual incision line. Its just perfect! Its going to be time for a hair cut soon to even it all out cause its looking crazy. His next appointment is scheduled for January 30th. Its a follow up MRI and a follow up appointment. I'm anxious already.

We saw Dr. Dankner today (Opthamologist). We had to have all four of us out of the house by 7 this morning, we are not morning people, none of us were very happy campers. I insisted we all go because I refused to stay at home in just incase surgery was going to be discussed. So the doc checked him out and said that there have been no changes at all to his eyesight and that his optic nerve is just fine! We have to go back in 6 weeks to get eye muscle measurements to keep an eye on the crossing (pun intended). If the crossing hasn't gotten any better in 3 months thats when we'll discuss surgery. That means another surgery isn't in the cards for approximately 6 months! Yay!
